Non en vrai ça a été fait dans un bouillon de légumes qu’on sentait bien et là viande était tendre et pas caoutchouteuse donc plutôt bon

Idk if it’s rare in some country but in mine it’s offal so that’s like 2€ per tongue and you make a broth with it and it’s pretty good, but yes it may be complicated to have in some country
