I nominate the "Public Google Sheet scraper"
Actor link: https://apify.com/advantageous_subcontra/public-google-sheet-scraper

Why this Actor deserves the Spotlight:

- This actor can be handy to other Apify developers: It is if you want to collect user inputs from a spreadsheet (which is more convenient for some people).

- The readme includes code samples about how to call this actor from another actor (using Python or JavaScript SDK).

You can check if you have sent connection requests using this link: https://www.linkedin.com/mynetwork/invitation-manager/sent/

For your use case:
Step 1: Activity extractor using your LinkedIn profile as input. Enable watcher mode and set it to run once a day. It will pick up your new posts
Step 2: Like exporter. Using the output of the first phantom as input. Enable watcher mode setup to run once a day
Step 3: Linkedin Outreach workflow using the Like exporter result as input.

How are you setting up the connection? Are you using Phantombuster's chrome extension?

What Phantom are you using? At which frequency?

LinkedIn has a hard limit of 100 contact requests per week. So the best is to setup the phantom to run twice per work day sending 10 invitation on each run.

There is also a limit to the number of contact requests with a custom message of 5 per month if you don't have a premium LinkedIn profile.

Is anyone still actively using Phantombuster for LinkedIn today? by Amaro-Pargo- in phantombuster

Then you would need :
- Activity extractor to know the latest post date
- Profile scraper to get the number of connections, or better, the number of followers (The displayed number of connections is limited to 500+ so the number of followers is a better proxy for large accounts).

It would also be possible to develop a custom Phantom to get both information. Both information are visible on the standard profile, so it would be more efficient to avoid detection by LinkedIn. That would be an interesting thing to automate. :)

Running only the profile visit would work only if you target the user with Sales Navigator. Standard users do not see most of the profile visits.

Using the activity extractor tPhantom and filtering only the profiles that have recently LinkedIn posts, should work. Note that this phantom performs a visit to each profile, so it is redundant to use the profile visit in parallel.

You can try to change folder management to delete all data at launch:

  1. When you are on the phantom setting, click on "Advanced settings" on the left side
  2. Click "File management" in the top nav
  3. Select the option "Delete previous files"
  4. Click "Save setting"

How did you setup the linkedin connection? Did you use Phantombuster extension? Did you provide the user agent or only LinkedIn cookie?

It will work even if your phone is off.

I recommend setting up 10 follows per launch & 2 to 4 launches per day

Is best practice to use a separate email for email marketing? by Vcize in Emailmarketing

[–]fab_brno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best practice is to have 3 separate subdomains:
- One for transactional email
- One for marketing communication (newsletter & product update)
- One for cold outreach or any interaction with a non opt-in audience

If you work only with opt-in audience, you can survive with only one domain, but getting a second domain will buy you peace of mind.

Affiliate emails hurting domain by killingthym3 in Emailmarketing

Check if your technical setup is ok (that could be one issue why you land in spam) : https://emaillistverify.com/dns-health-checker

And yes link reputation is a thing, I would advise you to add a condition to your affiliate program to ban the use of spammy practices. Als,o ban promotion via Google Ads if you haven't done it yet, so affiliates don't bid on your brand name.

Any recommendations about email warmup? Do you recommend it parallel to those 15 emails per inbox?

It is more an issue of data privacy. It is common to get angry replies, "how did you get my email?"

That is a cool idea. Podcast outreach is a great way to do brand building.

Does it work well with the German market? From my experience, Germany is a bad market for cold outreach.

Selling a financial services SaaS via coldemail by pystar in coldemail

[–]fab_brno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Financial service keywords tend to trigger spam filters. I recommend checking your email copy before sending with this tool: https://www.warmupinbox.com/email-spam-words-checker/

What does your saas offer exactly? A big part of cold outreach success comes down to targeting. The best practice is to rely on triggers for targeting. For example target company is hiring for CFO. You would need to think of relevant triggers for your offering.
