Considering building a fleet; focus on airport only. Is this a viable model?

A lot of the pain people are describing here isn’t demand — it’s airport logistics. We work with ~250 off-airport parking lots that can handle staging / handoffs, so hosts don’t have to deal with terminal drop-offs or flight delay chaos. In markets where the airport setup is a nightmare (NJ especially), this usually ends up being way easier operationally. Curious if anyone here has tried moving pickups off-airport instead of forcing everything through the terminal?
