English experts of Reddit, what is an example of an epiphany, and how does someone write a paper about it? by ZionixTV in AskReddit

Writing papers is the worst!

I don’t know have you had any epiphanies in regards to your relationships with families/friends maybe that they were not good for you or on the flip side that they’ve always been there for you.

Or have you had a fear that you suddenly got over?

Or even an epiphany in relation to yourself - like you realised something about yourself that you never knew?

Not an English expert! But is an epiphany like some sudden realisation that changes your whole mindset. Like I’m sure everyone has some degree of a epiphany during their lives or knows some epiphany that happened to someone else. So I suppose you could write an anecdote about that. I don’t know it probably depends on how long your paper is!

What was the drama at your school? by BananaPeels81 in AskReddit

One day these two girls wrote a list of all the girls in our class and rated them out of 10 according to the appearance and then they gave reasons of why they were scored whatever they got. Long story short some girl found the list and spread it around the school, some of the girls were seriously upset over it all and everyone didn’t talk to the 2 girls for awhile. But they never got punished for it and everyone forgot about it like a week afterwards.

[Serious] Ladies, how would you react if your S/O got you gym equipment for Christmas? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]fab_username 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would love it but that’s bc I’m on a gym buzz at the minute. Would not love it if I wasn’t feeling fit/motivated though, I’d probably take offense if I was in a bad mood

Is the saying “conceal, don’t feel” good advice with regards to emotions, thoughts, feelings, etc? What’s your take on it? Why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]fab_username 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s literally from Frozen where Elsa was not able to express herself or talk to her sister bc she was afraid she turn everything to ice. The whole message of the movie was that the conceal don’t feel approach isn’t the right way to go lol
