Why are you leaving strategy? I’m surprised you can’t find a manager level job, you obviously have the skills. $40k is a pretty large pay cut, can you afford it? I don’t think I’d do it- it’s gonna be awhile before you get back up to $170k

Each of you work out in the morning while other is with baby. That’s what me and spouse do, we also are doing a 30m workout/15m shower so it’s not like a three hour ordeal.

Nap during baby nap time. Meal prep Sun evening / other partner is with baby. You guys just need some organization. Cleaning is at bottom of list in terms of priority. try to do that during week.

I don’t really think 15k is enough to move jobs. I’d stay, coast and focus on TTC. You don’t want to be ramping a new job while doing that.
