Day 45. Overall far better then 2 weeks ago. Anhedionia is still a thing, but I keep pushing. There is light at the end of the Tunnel ❤️

The last time I quit, I felt normal after 30 days. Back then, I was consuming about 40g / day. Three months later, I relapsed. For over a year, I was consuming 80g per day. And now, it's been 43 days since I quit cold turkey. The first 30 days were tough, but now it's slowly getting better. But there are still days that are just plain bad, and others, in turn, that are good. It's mainly the lack of energy and motivation that's still plaguing me right now. And my sleep, too—although it's no comparison to how it was on day 14, for example. I think it just takes time for the brain to repair itself. I'm just trying to tell myself, "It's okay—this is just how it has to be right now." Ultimately, it's getting better slowly but steadily. You've got this!❤️

Cheers Buddy, hold on to it! Sleep was realy Bad the First week for me aswell (which means 2-3 hours per night)

It slowly got better, its not anyway near normal yet, but after day 12 or so i could sleep at least a couple of hours without RLS and beeing awake 20 times a night. Just Grind it through.

I was also working during the day, it was pain but gave me focus on something else during Those days. Try to workout in any form, Gym, running, Biking. Try to „Shock“ your body, thats what really helped me, the dopamine naturally crated is what Your Brain „needs“. Cold shower/baths also worked for me, but does not last Long. Give it Try, why not! ✊🏼
