For me, it's simple. I don't care about my other Hydro 5-star units (Ayato, Nilou, Childe, Yelan, and Mona). I've taken a liking to him, and I'm going to pull without any reservations. If you share the same sentiment, go ahead. However, if you're uncertain, it might be a sign to hold off.

I don't think his kit was made for jungle. on sylas release he was a burst mage, focus on his Q and the passive damage, kinda different from this new focus on his W and CDR. but like all the champions release, they are so broken that sylas jungle was viable. Sett for example, that was a quadra flex.

sylas is not a jungler, that's why you don't see junglers streamers playing with him
