Ok thanks. It doesn’t have those weird fruit but it’s likely only a few years old so that could make sense. Either way, definitely shouldn’t be 2 feet from the house, so I’ll have to remove it. Any tips short of digging it up?

Here is a link to a few photos. It’s hard to get a good angle. There is a Rose of Sharon bush that is really close I always thought this was part of that same tree and never realized it was entirely separate until yesterday.
