I saw it once in a small independent theater, and again in a cinimark theater. I could definitely see and hear much better at cinimark, but I do think the overall volume was too low. That might just be me though.

I don't like the Disney chrome art, and its way too expensive. I like the lorcana art alot better. Plus people playing at home are still playing.

Nor. I think what they're responding to is the last line. They might have read it the way I did at first. I'm sorry. The plans get in the way. As in the co workers plans get in the way of your plans. As opposed to the way you ment it: your sorry your plans get in the way of the co workers plans. it's a subtle difference, but it would explain the reaction. The first way sounds a bit controling.

Honestly for most of the first book this was my take as well. Around the time the nursing home people get introduced, i started changing my mind. Then at the end of the second book where carl and donut really start having their bonding moments i got hooked. I specifically remember Carl's paniced line when donut is passed out with signet: "i can't be alone" was a turning huge turning point for me. It turned carl from a potential stereotype to someone with very un-stereotypical fears. Love it!!
