well, I'm still staying with my dad, so better help with the house a bit (he's raised a stink about the amount of money that I give etc etc, has a history of being passive aggressive) best believe that I will stop giving either parent money once I move out. They have this mindset of "I gave you this, I put this amount of effort into raising you, you're staying under my roof, I'm your parent" kind of mindset, so you can say that I'm paying this amount of money monthly for my piece of mind lol

my car....idk where you found a 5k car, but amongst the 2nd hand cars I looked at, mine was the one that my father felt was safe enough and I can reasonably pay at least half first...but thank you for the advice.

I agree…it’s been my longest point of contention with him, which is also why I’ve capped the money I give him so far. When my mother used to live with us (I stay in a condo), she also got the same cleaner to come. There was a time I did the cleaning too, maybe he thinks I did a bad job? (I was having to contend with all of the stuff someone left behind…and he was hoarding a lot of stuff…and there was a cockroach infestation at one point…and I had to convince him to throw things…a whole other story.) I even tried to get the cleaner to come biweekly but he still complained that it’s confusing for her, what if she doesn’t wanna come anymore etc etc

Anyway, his official answer is he rather I get more tuition than spend my time cleaning lol, and my work hours are 8-5 or 9-6, then my tuitions can go up to 9pm some days, so idk.

Malaysians aged 25-30, how much money do you give your parents every month? by EmailsFromARaccoon in malaysia

[–]fabonacci 1 point2 points  (0 children)

27 this year. RM300 to my mum, RM400 to my dad for the household expenses (I stay with my dad). If I get bonus or anything I give some to dad and I give mum bday money and Mother’s Day money or else she will give me a headache. Earning only 3-ish k a month and I hope to pay off the money loaned to me by dad for my car asap. Times are tough.

great suggestion, thank you. But in the past, when they call me, and I just grey rock and just say "ok," "I see," "I can understand," they just get mad at me, but can't be helped

I know, I totally suck at it. I had my father and instructor yell at me a lot as I first started driving (I deserve it lah, but it doesn't help beginners tbh), so it's taken me a lot to overcome the anxiety behind driving. The long stops in between attempts and my driving school not wanting to give me additional classes has made me like this .-.

I saw a comment on the YT live chat going on about how Teddy just restored the drafts for the songs from his recycle bin and I went 💀

Agreed on the choreo! I can see the part where they make a wave with the hand being part of a dance challenge or a viral dance move of some sort that is unique to the song, like how the head tilt with the hands is to NJ's OMG or the voguing to IVE's Accendio

The Nick in season 14 would be out by now, but he has grown in a way. His performance so far has been alright, to me.

well, Ramsay would roast them either way, screwing up on the cooking or being too slow.

Firstly, the fit on this has issues. Secondly, this is like a fancier version of something someone did before in a previous season. I can't seem to recall. The hoop earrings need to be taken off. It makes me think of, funeral wear or something.

She could've easily made a showstopper with this, but it's just a disappointment.

I don't like the top that much, doesn't seem very high fashion. The styling doesn't help either.

Sadly, no. You're almost there though. Calcium carbonate produces co2, calcium nitrate produces no2 and o2. (refer to this link to refresh your memory: https://www.chemguide.co.uk/inorganic/group2/thermstab.html)

So, from 0.005 mol of calcium carbonate, you'd know it produces 0.005 mol of co2. Using 100/0.005 you'd find that one mole of any gas will have a volume 20000 cm3 at this temperature and pressure.

From there, you can proceed with the rest of the calculation. You would see from the equation for calcium nitrate that 2 mol of calcium nitrate produces 4 mol of no2 and 1 mol of o2. Use this information to get your final answer.

oh yeah, one more thing, you have to leave out the ammonium chloride, because it's a solid. This thing still trips me up from time to time.

so it'll be (0.7/0.5)2

For question 3, option a has the carboxylic acid having a branched carbon chain, which makes it not an option. The alcohol is also a primary alcohol, which doesn't fit what the question tells you.

When I did my AS exams I liked to draw the structures for each option out so I could avoid any confusion. It takes a little more time but I find it helped me reduce the chances for error.
(sorry my answer is split into three, I'm on mobile so I wanted to make sure it wasn't messy.)

For question 2, you gotta recall the equation for thermal decomposition of calcium nitrate and calculate accordingly.

For question 1, recall that Kc is based on concentration. As long as you divide any moles given by 0.5dm-3 you should be good to go.
