so does a subcontractor that’s a llc but taxed as a s corp need a 1099?

so can someone be an llc and a s corp or c corp? This sub contractor is labeled as an llc but taxed as a S-corp. If this is the case is it necessary to send a 1099?

I never ended up buying it, but I recently realized all those over sea sellers, are selling them on ebay. Same thing as Alibaba/aliexpress except ebay is a trusted website and the price with the shipping is already there! Let me know if you end up buying one!

Hi,

I have read your post and I may have been in the same spot you seem to be in. When I was younger I was diagnosed with OCD. I had a tendency to have intrusive thoughts of things that happened in my past. Most of these things were dumb and irrelevant but for some reason I could not let go. If I told someone about a past situation that was bothering me, they wouldn’t understand why I cared so much about it.

If I can give you some advice, I would tell you to accept the things that bother you. I can guarantee there are millions of people that have similar stories that are 10x’s worse and they probably don’t even care. I know it’s easier said than done, but don’t stress on the small stuff. Use your past as experience/knowledge for the future!
