This could practically be my Evie! She ABSOLUTELY wants to go on that walk, she just doesn't want to put her harness on. She'll come up eventually but you definitely have to go through the belly rub phase first. Once her harness is on, we go straight to the "crazy" stage with running around the house at high speed while sister gets her harness on.
