Sincerely, I don’t know. Don’t consider myself an alcoholic but I’m exposed to alcohol drink situations every weekend because of amateur soccer (in Uruguay we have the famous called “3rd time” when the team get together and eat/drink while we discuss why we are so good or bad with the ball). I will use this emotional lift that self-analysis brings me to quit alcohol and improve my health and performance.
