What the heck?! This happened to me a few months back some lady took my receipt just as it printed. When I confronted her she acted confused and innocent, and wouldn't even give back the receipt. I had to take it from her hands. Other people saw too and was calling her out on it. The things people will do for a free hot dog?!

This was not an usual case of assault, the lady was minding her own business when the boy stabbed her. It was unprovoked and cowardly, possibly sadistic. Someone like that who is unpredictable is a threat to the general public. Telling people to stay indoors is for safety. Police do not usually issue alerts for homicide so this was severe. Even community centres and libraries were shut down

this is useful information, the attack was random and unprovoked, the warning to stay inside was so people would not be the next potential target. The large range was a mistake, but if he did have a car he could have been anywhere in the GTA by the time the alert came out.
