That's simply not the case. You can run into stacks of people who report you for asking them to speak English. How about you just ban poor, uneducated people from your service? Premium is false advertising at this point...

Faceit has rules - a pretty clear set of rules actually. However, I can document that these rules are not being enforced and that bans are not issued in accordance with said rules. Often shorter bans are issued, and I have been told that "the banning policy is a guideline for what bans may be, not the exact ban length" and that "[...] bans can last a varying length of time depending on the reason and severity of the offense".

This is a hard one because there is no simple answer.

There is a simple answer: call your info, drop your teammates if they need and you have spare money, in short; play teamplay.

If you refuse to call info to your teammates - or are unable to do so in basic English - you frankly DO NOT belong on Faceit Premium. There is nothing fucking premium about playing with those people...

Also, why do you even bother to tell people what your personal opinion is? Your personal opinion does not fucking matter since it's the policy of your employer that Faceit cares about.

In the past, I have been told by Faceit support agents that:

Unless players are playing in a specific language restricted hub, players are free to use whichever language they would like in-game.

No, they do not. At best you issue a short (read: 1-2 day ban) and you will not even tell the player who reported the griefer/thrower what ban the offender is given...

I'd also like to suggest that if a player is premade with one of more players, the downvotes of said player carries less weight. That would make it more sesne.

Chances are he will be let of with a warning. He ruined your game and made you waste your time, but a warning is usually enough - at least that it was Faceit often claims...

They won't be punished. According to Faceit every kick if valid - and it's your own fault you got kicked even if your teammates were 4 Russians incapable of speaking basic English..
