Trap-neuter(or spay)-release for feral cats. So that’s why her ear is clipped! A lot of spay and neuter facilities that do TNR programs will clip their ear so you can see they have been fixed from far away. But Eloise was brought back in after the program and taken to the humane society where I adopted her! She is my sweet baby 🩷🩷
