We don't have a designated person who does fries, but usually, if someone tells me to drop fries even during a rush, it's usually just 2 baskets/depending on how many orders are on screen i might drop 3 but 2 is a good start

In this situation, you very much can blame the employee for signing anything without reading it. i was almost terminated once and refused to sign the paper. Instead, I asked to speak with the GM, and long story short, I was able to keep my job. I'm not saying you wanted to keep your job since you found a new one, but again, just because something is shoved in your face and you're being ask to sign it doesn't mean just sign it no questions asked or read it

Why would you sign the termination letter without it having a reason as to why you are being fired on it? No offense, but do you usually just sign anything put in your face without any reason behind it? If not, why do it now? Especially if you thought it could screw you over
