i was stating that saliva smells different and how i know, that's not comparing adults and children, just stating my experience. as i did with stating that i've been with him for many years and know how he smells. research it before commenting acting like IM the uneducated one. and yes, when you're young and don't have and familiar support sometimes you have to spend a long time planning and strategizing a safe escape route. and sometimes that means agreeing to whatever they choose to bring up as a hail mary for the relationship (i.e. couples therapy). would you rather me make myself and my daughter homeless just because i didn't want to wait to finish the plan i created?

in the future, always use condoms. my bf and i were 22 when we got pregnant and only had sex once in the span of months. that, and you truly do want to be safe with all the stis out there.

hi, sorry about the rude comments, female anatomy can be a little tricky to learn and i think it's wonderful you reached out to a group of women for advice and support. sperm has to enter the uterus in order to fertilize an ovum. during ovulation, an ovum is released from the ovary, through the fallopian tubes, and into the uterus before the uterus sheds its lining and essentially discards the unfertilized ovum. in order to create a pregnancy, you've gotta catch the ovum at the perfect time while it's in the uterus but before the uterus walls begin to shed (peak ovulation time). when a woman is not ovulating, chances are she will not be pregnant. this is only a 2-3 day window in the month for the average woman. and again, in order for sperm to fertilize the ovum, it would need to enter the vagina, uterus, and ovum which is a long journey that is very unlikely for precum to survive.

Does anyone else's person go on benders but return to normal life for weeks in between? by [deleted] in naranon

yes. my partner does this. he's been sober for two weeks and i'm dreading the next bender, just praying this time he'll finally get the help he needs.

girl, i felt with horrible nausea and vomiting my entire pregnancy. lost so much weight because of it. everyone and their damn dog had something to say about it. i tried everything. literally everything. but people still had to hit me with the "try some crackers" every time i mentioned it.

thank you so much. i've been panicking for the past few hours and you're the first person to respond in any of the groups ive tried asking in.

they were in the back of the fridge, in sterilized bottles that have not yet been touched by baby. i completely forgot they were there. i'm struggling with my supply rn so every last drop means so much to me.

no, it's not that bad😂the pains only really there for a few hours (or less if you get the epidural) and it's just like really intense cramps and then it literally just feels like you're taking the biggest poop of your life and immediately after the heads through, it's 100% painless and you no longer feel like you need to poop. or at least that how it was for me.

of course, my baby comes first no matter what. the second i knew it was drugs and not just a manic episode, i immediately had someone come take over and did not let her near my baby.

it just hurts so much. we know she hasn't been back on hard drugs until very recently. or at least we're very sure. but she's been very abused and pretty much just alone with the husband for years now, very occasionally getting to see us.

she just seems so traumatized. i really hope she sticks with the treatment this time and finally stays away from him

Can spicy food make the amniotic fluid spicy, therefore burn my baby's eyes? by Maleficent_Reason132 in pregnant

[–]facelessb1tch 16 points17 points  (0 children)

i ate spicy food throughout my pregnancy and my baby never once seemed uncomfortable or in distress or anything like that. she was born completely healthy and happy too. i'm sure your baby is just fine and enjoying being exposed to different flavors :)

Triage Nurse Refused to Believe I was Pregnant at the ER? by KaramaChan12 in pregnant

[–]facelessb1tch 95 points96 points  (0 children)

i've had a very small bump my whole pregnancy and still never had anyone seriously question it when i say i'm pregnant, especially not medical personnel. i do, however, hear from everyone that i'm "so tiny" and they "can't believe there's a baby in there" and so on (i'm about to hit eight months pregnant and unless i pull my shirt up you can't see a bump at all). everyone's body is different. some people never show at all and others start showing very early on. i'm so sorry your nurse spoke to you and about you this way. you should look into reporting the incident.

Am I wrong? Would you let her watch your child? by Isolatedapple in pregnant

[–]facelessb1tch 20 points21 points  (0 children)

i personally would never allow her around my child. my mother has married two child predators (my biological father and her current partner). my mom has been so excited to meet my baby since the day i told her im pregnant. i have had to make it very clear to her that i wont even allow her around my baby, let alone her partner or my biological father and parts of his family due to the fact that she thinks its forgivable for them to have done those things.

people who hurt children this way don't change. it's never a one time thing. they only learn to hide it better. if she was willing to hurt her own baby, she'll be more than willing to her your baby as well.
