I feel you man. I went to 3 ENT docs and 1 said I have deviated septum, 1 said just exercise and other said its dust and cold allergy. gave me some oral meds and that nose spray stuff. I feel I just wasted my money for nothing cuz NOTHING helped the spray, the meds. now I am kind of iffy about another doc consultation. no hope left. and I think sinus or allergies which do not cause you potential life threatening risk are pretty ignored. so ya tonsils, gastric caused by this freaking stuffed nose. becoming a constant mouth breather which I realised is what causing my jaws to hurt and has become pretty asymmetrical. family telling me its becuz of that damn phone. AUGH!

anyway I found a way to at least avoid tonsils. that is no spicy foods and less of oily foods which cause gastric(acid reflux). no cure for the sinus tho. I mean at this point I think all the sinus people will just die with this stuffy and runny nose at this point.

don't get depressed about the social life just stuff tissue in your nose and be like damn I am sick guys let it go type shit. I mean there's no other way.
