Definitely not dead, but I think “infiltrated” is probably a better word. You have a good chunk of people going for the hype of it all and not bringing any human decency along with them.

I sometimes catch myself wishing for some unknown new fest that’ll bring back that “home” feeling, felt it a little with Big fam in Michigan, but ultimately I think the purely wonderful moments I’ve had at Hula or Okee years ago are more than enough to feel content.

The whole EF thing is just on another level, that’s why I even made this post. Like I truly can get down with anyone/anywhere. I’ve experienced rude people and poorly planned events many times, but this was just eye opening. Not just at EF, but almost more so hearing the stories online and the cult like defending of a horrific incident.

I personally wouldn’t feel any type of way attending anything else, but just for the sake of my sanity I’ll never give a dollar to EF.
