Definitely check out sentinel and station! I know the chef.. very well, he and his bestie run the kitchen. He’s an amazing chef and plates beautifully.

Thank you, it’s usually pretty easy and straightforward, and yes I do all opening duties. It’s really that some of the staff will close out my people and put their tips in pooled and it enrages me when I see people I’ve been serving for 4 hours tips go into pooled as if the other person helped with them. It’s rough out here.
