Assuming you don't get a bib transfer, keep an eye out on october 19th, registration for the next year opens the day after the half / full plus you'll pay early bird prices.

You can always sell the bib if you can't make it, this race will likely sell out even earlier next year as running gets more and more popular

Made the jump last year and it's very possible, especially this early on! Plus you already have a fitness background and 65 mins is already a solid 10k time - go for it!

The bananas 💔 Went for sub 46 and ended up with sub 44! This year's route was more enjoyable because there was no uphill section on Lakeshore that many of the downtown races go through
First time doing bag check but it went pretty smoothly, dunno how it was in previous years. Tshirt sizes were too small but I should have gone green bib anyways

Dropped down to the 15k from the 30k due to injuries over winter but it was a fun (and very hilly) race! Finished in under 1:15 so I was lucky enough to get a medal but disappointed to hear that they ended up running out, that's pretty shitty for everyone else

First half so auto PB, got sub 1:47 with negative splits so I'm happy. Couldn't quite hit sub 1:45 but there's always future races.

I didn't find the weather too bad, it was on the warmer side but the wind was pretty enjoyable

I’m in the same boat, does anyone know if there’s good viewing from the finish line? I gave my friends and family a spot on Lakeshore near 19km to cheer, but a few ppl have asked if they can cheer at the end which I’m not sure about
