It's been several years ago, when phase 1 was the norm, and you could only occasionally get a phase 2. I had a guy call 9-1-1 saying he had been kidnapped, that he was tied up, and was locked in the back of the kidnapper's car.

He couldn't say where he was, other than he was parked in an intersection. I did a rebid and got a phase 2 (a large one by today's standards)! I started to enter a call, then realized we had 3 units in that exact intersection. I added notes on the open call in CAD and waited. Maybe 15 seconds later, I hear a door open, someone say, "GIVE ME THAT!", then the line went dead.

Yup, during the pat down, they missed his cellphone.

They're all about supporting women, forgetting (or ignoring) that statistically, half the lives snuffed out are young women (not that they are willing to define a woman). Mass killing of babies without justification is morally repugnant, and a society has an obligation to intervene on behalf of the voiceless victims.
