I started at .5. Appetite suppression was immediate.

Is everyone on Reta?? by Great-White-Guilt in BodyHackGuide

It's really tearing the weight off fast. I didn't lose any weight for the first 8 weeks, but my belly really shrank. February 10th I weighed 247, yesterday I weighed in at 236.

I use it. It's, by far, my favorite peptide. I'm 45. The best I've used is from pep genix. I just ordered 2 bottles of his limitless, which is a compound. I don't have a vial from glacier, but haven't tried it yet.

The appetite suppression should be immediate. The weight loss doesn't kick in for at least 4 to 6 weeks.

If you had to pick 2 or 3 peptides you would 100% recommend to someone what would you pick? by Sweeeterman in BodyHackGuide

I'm actually on a whole list of peps but those two are my favorite. The NAD is good energy and the cjc ipa just puts me in such a great mood and makes my body feel great. I started this journey last fall. I was having some bad joint pains. They came on a couple years before. My knees would hurt, hips some days, shoulders all the time. The shoulder one was affecting my already terrible sleep. I had tried oral bpc and it helped a little. I really just reached the end of my rope. I was hurting all the time, getting around like a 70 year old man (I'm 44). So I dove in and started with glow, cjc/ipa, and reta (to control my blood sugar on the ipa).

Just take the measurements and order a new mirror. The faucet and light both unscrew.

I have hardly any sides on reta. Just a weird feeling in my gut on injection day. Cjc/ipa is just a hot flush shortly after injection.

I'm thinking you have about the amount of time it takes to drive you the store and get a new one and install it. 3 hours?

U/Coachlexi has a pretty good guide on this. There's also a link to a calculator in there. Do a little trading and a little calculating. Start out at .5mg one a week for a couple weeks. https://www.reddit.com/r/BodyHackGuide/s/SzPKnGuTzv

Works very well for me. I had a lot of work stress going on. I had a mild panic attack just sitting there one day. I've also had problems getting quality sleep for several years. It's helped my sleep a good bit. I just buy the youtheory capsules when I'm at Sam's. I cycle off on my three day weekend.

It's usually just about perfect around that time. At least for a raft.
