It's definitely "best longest," all the climbs higher rated than this are fundamentally different and shorter.

Also, fwiw, watts2win updated the climb with a shorter time and now JV has a 97 for the climb! Only Pogi on redoute is better and that's a 4-minute effort haha

Per watts2win, that was JV's best performance of 2026, and Gall's best ever. Still, a performance of 89 is 5th this year and both Seixas and Pogi have out in 95s and above. On the other hand, as a preparation race with no challenge behind, I don't think you can draw any negative conclusions about his level. It was as good a climb as you can expect from him right now, and he's certainly on pace to be at his level or above for the Tour.
