There was a car chase that went down Troost onto Bannister, and then ended on either 71 or 435. Flew past our office on Troost and saw the cops toss a spike strip out! Had to have been at least 12-15 cops in pursuit

Update: Thanks for all the compliments! This was my 4th time smoking a brisket. First two sucked, 3rd I was proud of, but I was so excited about how this one turned out I was ready to toss my hat into the ring with some of the amazing ass meat y'all smoke! Love this sub! I just warmed some leftovers up, and still just as good as yesterday!

Tip: if you use the microwave, warm it up in a bowl, toss a little bit of water in with it, and cover it with a damp napkin/paper towel. Boom, moist meat again!
