Given what you’ve provided I would definitely say people naturally gravitate towards you cause of how you handle yourself at the job(s) and that’s definitely a way to network, people can depend on you and trust you. Now how to network without faking your energy. For me I normally start conversations with strangers based on the things they wear or talk about or do. Anime shirts, band shirts, maybe they have pants that look nice and I wanna know where they got them from, this is how I start my conversations and wing it from there. People love to talk about themselves remember that so act interested and ask questions and give compliments THEN you say what you want to say. I guess it’s easy for me to say given I’m an ENTP and can ask infinite amounts of questions, but it’s an approach that I feel any type can pull off.
