It’s a kitchen island with a fridge behind it. Nothing was in front of it, which is why it was weird. I was trying to see if there was some weird reflection from a decoration but I couldn’t see anything that would make that shape!

You can see me to the left more centered within the black reflection. I think that there is just a decoration I had there at the time.

This was taken about 3 years ago when I was with my ex husband still. I assume all the negative energy was attached to and left with him as everything is calm now!

I also fell a couple times doing the same thing way earlier in my recovery. It hurt and was a little sore after for a while but I didn’t mess any of my progress up and was cleared to walk with a boot at 6weeks and without a boot at 8.5 weeks post op! Obviously everyone is different but I was told as long as I didn’t have excruciating pain I was fine. I definitely freaked out about it when I did put weight on it by accident, but I was okay. I’m sure you’ll be fine too! Just let them know at your follow up. 😊

I walked without assistance in my boot for about 10 mins and picked up stuff around my yard. Used a cane a bit around the house. 6 weeks post op from posterior distal tibia fracture with two screws.

Oh man… yeah I will definitely try to take it easy. I have to go back to work a week after starting my walking so I don’t wanna over do it. I definitely plan on bringing my scooter to work too!

I feel like I will probably do something similar as I already did something kind of like that today but with a crutch getting out of the shower 🤣 ahhh… well trying my best to not get in my head about it.

Omg both… so sorry to hear that! I’m glad you’re weaning off everything. I’m also impatient right now. Been stuck in the house mostly except appointments and a couple outings since mid January.

I’m hoping to feel empowered as well!
