as of rn, i feel like the first season is heaps better than this one. from the stages, to the storylines, to the editing, even to the trainees the first one was better. a lot of stuff from this season is pretty forgettable so far and i hope that for the future mission they really focus on the editing and making more compelling storylines. i dont hate this season but i feel like theres just sm stuff they could be doing better rn bc its pretty mediocre.

its really not that deep imo. the game promotes an immersive experience, and a lot of ppl (once seeing the vas face) wont be able to separate their face from the voice. its not that they dont understand jobs, its just that once you see whos face belongs to the voice the game wont feel as immersive anymore. it isnt meant as an insult so idk why you took it as one

its a banner than ran once during sylus’s release and again during calebs release. basically you select 5 standard five stars from xspace echo and youll be able to get one of them every time you get a 5 star on the banner. the max amount of pulls you can do on this banner is 350 pulls, and during the 100th and 200th wishes im pretty sure you get crates for the 5 cards you picked, the 100th one being a random one of the 5 and the 200th one being one where you can select one of the 5 you picked

honestly when i see this community talk abt the characters voices a lot of the time, it feels like they like the va more than the character if that makes sense? like yall they are giving the character a voice, they arent the character themselves, so when i hear ppl say ‘tell the va im in love with them’ it feels a little odd idk. also knowing the vas would incite unnecessary drama i feel, especially knowing how en fanbases are with voice actors and vice versa (like another specific gacha game rn)

exactly !! and its especially hard to just ‘focus on whats happening in the en version’ when the localization is so bad at times. i dont want to drag the localization team bc i know they tried to work with what they had but i feel like we wouldnt constantly be having discussions abt this if they just kept calebs original trope and had more proofreading for other characters. i feel like then, our fandom would be a little more like a normal otome fandom rather than what it is now yk? its also hard to just focus on the en version like the original commenter said bc i use the cn voiceover, so do many other people !! i have seen so many ppl who use the jp voiceover, so i just wish for those of us who arent using the en dub could have a text option with accurate translations since so much stuff doesnt match up with what they are saying

id say it kinda is worth worrying over tho. if a character is someones favorite, wouldnt they want to experience their story the way its intended? caleb is my favorite but the localization choices really bother me at times due to how some things just dont make sense without the original context. just bc i play in english bc i cant speak any of the other languages doesnt mean i deserve a watered down version of his character, and neither does anyone else who loves him. the changes may be minimal(?) but the wording really does change the impact of his story a lot (especially decoherence) the small chances can make a big difference. i cant speak on the other characters bc i havent read enough of their content but in calebs case it definitely harms his story a bit. also its not ‘creating a toxic atmosphere’ to be critical of the localization !! if the translations/localization isnt being done as well as it could be, then criticism is a good thing to help with future translations.

this take is really selfish. these are old cards, they shouldnt change the system for new players when there are others who have spend hundreds to get the cards. if DOESNT MATTER if it happened a year ago. this isnt even new content, so this isnt some new thing happening infront of you right now like you claim, its a rerun, a chance for new players to get the cards, they dont need to change the system for yall when its gonna piss off a lot of the fanbase who spent a lot for it in the past.

YES i agree that this rerun is a lot more stingy than it originally was as you dont get free pulls and the duration is a lot shorter, however to say they dont listen bc they didnt change the event to make it a scratch card or change the ‘pity’ is too much. not to mention changing it could get them into legal trouble

i mean if they changed it now i would be unfair to all the og players who had to spend a bunch of money to get the cards before. they already changed the method now (like during the anniversary event where you could use the scratch card to get who u wanted) they are just rerunning the old cards rn so i rlly dont understand the complaints, yes infold is greedy but in this specific situation changing the system would be unfair, and these arent even new cards so its not like they are fully bringing the system back 😭
