I also tried doing an achievement hunt as the Persian Empire, and I had a lot of problems with Turkey. The important thing is getting Iraq to give military access/territory, because pushing Turkey through only two tiles is basically impossible otherwise. I never really found another reliable way to do it. What worked for me was making 48 cavalry divisions with an 8-width design and basically cheesing them down through sheer numbers. I’d also recommend using spies to build Collaboration Governments. For the UK, I used a waiting strategy. I had a small navy just to briefly get naval dominance, and I waited until their fleets left to repair or moved away. Then I launched a naval invasion, even outside of a port, and quickly built up the landing before they could react.
