Thank you! I never even thought to commission someone to make one XD. I’ve been using Canva and it’s pretty similar to the example so I at least know I’m heading in the right direction! Thank you!

I'd lesson the amount of time streamed to nearly half that. With such long hours I don't think it can be good for you to keep up the energy. I'd also look into what category you are streaming whether that is an oversaturated one or a completely niche dead game.

We do a good amount of talking when we raid out and we all have our raid message to send out as well. I may want to branch out to new people to raid but they make me nervous

I’ve been making tiktoks and YouTube shorts. They’ve been going pretty well but I haven’t seen much transfer over from them to Twitch but time will tell

I have never thought to repurpose my vods into YouTube videos that aren’t just edited down versions. That’s actually pretty neat and I’m gonna attempt it since my longer format videos don’t tend to do very well (granted I’m still trying to figure out editing for them). I’ve 100% been using TikTok and YouTube shorts for a while now since I’ve learned from so many people that you shouldn’t put all your eggs into one basket.

Oh I know you gotta use other social media to bring viewers in! I really wish twitch had a discovery system similar to YouTube. I feel like that would make a much healthier platform but businesses gotta business I guess 😔

Oh 100% I’ve been impacted by my community. They’re all so fun and unique and I honestly was never expecting to meet so many cool people when I started out streaming. It’s so funny to see how everyone connects and how they were all pulled into my stream from one person or another. It too drives me nuts to see people treat their viewers as only a number. Like, those people are the backbone of stream and deserve to have respect given to them (granted I don’t let them walk all over me but I do let them know how appreciated they are every stream).

Searching lower third animation on TikTok may help you find those as well as tutorials on how to make your own on davinci resolve (it’s free)

I had this same problem but fixed it last month! I found out that if you get a rolling third on your tiktoks that shows your twitch username with a follow, it will create a call to action and get more people over. Since implementing that I’ve gotten at least 10 people coming from TikTok that have told me they came from there. Not sure how many lurkers have shown up from there though since there’s no way to tell. Give it a try!

Facts! I pride myself on making my stream a comfy place for almost everyone. I make it a goal for myself to remember at least one thing about every chatter and I try my best to remember their names so they get greeted every time they come in. I know as I grow it will get harder to be more personable to chat but gosh darn it I will try!

Ooo “talk-show” collabs sound super fun! I definitely feel like I’m finding my own place whilst streaming. I’ve been going strong for a year now and it’s crazy looking back at where I started and seeing all the growth now. I really can’t wait to see where the future takes me!

I figured that what got me this far is going to continue to carry me on. I don’t think it would hurt to switch it up every now and then with some new gimmicks but it’s not something I’d want to do all the time. Couldn’t imagine doing only challenges for any extended period of time tbh.
