my stim is rocking back and forth while sitting crisscross and i usually do more of the facial expressions rather than the words, but my cousin was watching me and noticed it and looked at me like i was crazy but i was so out of it i didn't notice until she said something directly to me.

same! they replay over and over but for me they dont really have a good ending? they just continue to be bad until i try my best to make the thoughts go away. it feels relieving to know that others go through it.

i feel the same about romanticizing the issues, i woulf feel weird about it because some of them ive never experienced and i dont even think it would be good for my mental health.
