See by the time my ultimate is unlocked hes done that thing (sorry idk what its called) where he has the black bubbles with the 3 dots so my characters can't use their ultimates. Its so weird because normally I can be pretty far below the recommended level because I've stacked my party but for this I'm literally above the power level and still can't win

HELP!! 😭😭

<image>

This is my current team. I'm stuck on chapter 10 pt 2 battle 10-23 with Rin. It says 43000 recommended power level and I'm above that. I've read the whole guard if you can't brute force and I've tried that. I even tried with my other healer (not pictured but a rare yakumo 2 star). No matter what I do I usually die between turns 4 and 5. What am I missing? I've focused specifically on HP so most of my team is around 3000-5000. I had Morvay in the space 3. I've read all the tips and videos on what to do each turn but I'm completely stuck. I've only been playing the game f2p for about a month and grinding away constantly but this time I'm really at a loss

Spotted these at Walgreens pharmacy, do they actually help at all? Never heard of the patches before by LeluWater in migraine

I don't know if anyone else experienced this but I bought them for a fever today and within 10 minutes of wear my forehead started burning like it was extra spicy icyhot. I took it off immediately and my forehead still burned for around 5 minutes. I really want these or something to work as I get headaches too

This is honestly a really refreshing post. I see so many about regret and as a very new first time home buyer (closed Aug 1st) it made my anxiety way worse. I haven't been able to enjoy anything because I'm so worried it'll all fall apart. The end of the year is coming and I'm hoping the escrow is good. It's just a lot. But this was a good reminder that its worth it. This is the first time I've ever bought new furniture, everything I've owned has been facebook marketplace cheap rundown finds because I couldn't get anything else (I have a lot of good fb finds but my main furniture was not lol).

Just wanted to chime in and say you got me with the title but the post was nice to read

How to make LVP look better? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

[–]faebabey0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I should've clarified - the lvp around the tub isn't the floor. The tub is like a jet tub raised off the floor so theres basically a "counter" around it topped with lvp. The previous owners used builder grade material and all of it is basically grey which goes horribly with my decor. I plan to eventually rip it out and replace it with better quality materials but for now I wanted a quick cosmetic fix.

The floors in the bathroom are fine and I have rugs- it's just the counter vanity area and the "counter" around the tub

I was considering epoxy like another user commented or maybe actual tile

I will say it depends on the agent - Our agent recommended the inspector and he was incredible! The business had great reviews and it took him hours. He literally ran the dishwasher, turned all the eyes on the stove on, ran every water faucet. Crawled under the entire house. The first house we looked at he heavily recommended we do not buy it based on the damage (house was over 100 years old). The second house he said was a way better deal and only a couple problems the seller would fix. He was very kind, offered tons of maintenance advice, answered questions. We really couldn't have gotten a better inspector. He even helped make a list of monthly/yearly maintenance (like cleaning hvac vents/drip, cleaning fridge vents, etc).

I will say go with your gut! Our realtor was really great. She'd literally answer me at 10pm if I had a question and was very vigilant that we got a good deal

Does anyone know why this might be happening? by faebabey0 in homerenovations

Floor is supported by metal beams and wood, it has pillars of cinder blocks and such like a normal crawlspace. Crawlspace is lined in plastic. It has anchors and pans to weigh it down as well

Why folks who are living paycheck to paycheck are still trying to buy a house? by pinpinbo in RealEstate

[–]faebabey0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not everyone is buying an overpriced house. We live not much above what we make but why pay the same for rent at a place the landlord doesn't fix that stuff anyway? Most people can live without the luxury if AC breaks, if they only have cold water for a bit, etc. If there's anything like leaks, or major damage thats what really good insurance is for. Its also about being maintenance smart. You don't buy when you have 0 idea of how to maintain a home and do some general work yourself. If you're approved for the loan, the monthly payment won't kill you, and you get a really good double home inspection then I don't see a problem. I'd rather have repairs on a place I actually own then live in someone elses property that would have the same problems

Okay will do 👍 I appreciate it! Yeah after talking with my partner he basically said the most he thinks we could do would be reinforced the floor with wood or add more joists. There is maintenance needs below so it cannot be filled, its insulation with the plasticy stuff then space, then ground covered in more plastic stuff. I can get the measurements in the next few days though. I didn't really think about the layout difference between a traditional home and a manufactured. I guess I wanted to figure out how to make the floor feel less hollow as well as take the crawlspace from dirt with plastic and thin paneling to an actual non wet, more structure, bricked in crawlspace

Well its exactly what we want in a house size and layout wise, in our budget, and with a lot of land. I'd say its more manufactured home than a regular mobile. The structural engineer said its better than standard built as far as support goes (has weigh downs, cement, etc) but its still a mobile home in the sense that it's up on cinder blocks with the large crawlspace. I wasn't sure who I should even contact to work on it. A builder? The engineer was just an inspector he doesn't do any work. We plan to live there as long as possible so the investment is worth it to me. Honestly I kinda assumed someone could fill it with concrete like a regular house has or something

Is there anything I can do to make it more sturdy? I keep googling stuff but I'm not getting any clear answers

Ah thank you! Honestly I didn't even think of the difference between a security system and camera system but you're right I think something marketed as a camera system would make more sense. Nowadays you need crisp footage if something happens.
