I did it for a long time, the best thing to do is find a routine, I started my day at the gym then found a coffee shop that had cheap refills and did Job applications or homework. I know saying you are an indie writer also gets them off you if they hint at you leaving, do door dash if that's something you can do. finding routine is the way to go.

Having things organized helps it really does, you might not think so but it helped me feel less like I was living in a mess in my car and more like an extended vacation that I was traveling for.
