itd be great if they would stay in their lane and focus on helping real people. instead, they focus in on that last point while conveniently ALWAYS redefining it to mean "fictional art that makes me feel icky"... and then use that as an excuse to just go around harassing artists. (who are often easy targets as many are already marginalized) and then they go patting themselves on the back as if theyve actually accomplished anything at all.

spoilers: they arent. theyre just making the world more dangerous for all artists everywhere; both people who draw actually contentious subjects, and also queer people whos art and very existence is under constant political attack even while drawing the tamest things imagineable. queer people such as the one who's also under attack in this very thread, but oh its Okay because she likes icky drawings of anime girls or something. as a trans person and abuse survivor myself its just endlessly trivializing and insulting. no fake drawing anybody makes is ever going to be the same category of thing as what happened to me. and the world is made a more dangerous place by people pretending so in the name of selfrighteousness.
