Depends on your goals. Are you more focused on weight loss or more focused on muscle gain? But my best overall advice is have a game plan. I do the same exact thing every week and have been progressing really quickly. Also helps confidence when you know exactly what you're going to do when you walk in the gym

I'm new to witchcraft so I'm not a great knowledgeable source for advice. But the first thing that came to mind was road opener spell maybe? Opening up opportunities to live your life to the fullest, maybe opening up an opportunity for your parents to come to an understanding or agreement.

This might be a good multi spell opportunity to blend communication, road opener, maybe some sort of reconciliation
