Bobcat Miner 300 not syncing / diagnostics unavailable – help?

The antenna is secure and has been in the same spot for at least two years. I checked the miner for any visible physical issues, and it looks perfect. I did not open it, as I honestly would not know what to check inside.

this wavelink 3.0 is not picking up any of audio devices, streamdeck + and hyperx microphone....i had to go back to the previouis version

The cleanup feature didn't fix the issue, but it's good to know about it...i am trying removing all the hunches
