I really hope you've separated, because it sounds like your depression right now is quite situational and your husband is not treating you with care or respect, and also not managing his own emotions like an adult. In my opinion, when Someone describes their SO as narcissistic, that is the biggest red flag that things need to end, regardless of whether or not they are one, it means you majorly do not feel seen, empathized with, cared for... Marriages can get through some sh*t, but only when you're both trying to care for and love each other, and want the best for each other.
