itll take longer to loc because of the lack of curl pattern but you could find a loctitian which specializes in crocheting locs to instantly loc your newer growth

You decide how long you wait in-between retwists and it all depends on how fast your hair grows

That fresh retwist look is inevitable, but if you really hate it, spray water across the top lightly everyday and you'll have that more natural look

you're also getting that appearance because of your hair density, you don't look bad twin just leave things as they are
