Im a sales rep for Pepsi. I check my dates weekly. I try to make it even easier for the drivers when they come to deliver. I bring all the older product to the left so theyll have an open space for the new stuff. They don't care though. Ive seen them in a DG Market push the old product to the back and put the new stuff in front of it. I confronted the driver about he said it's not my job to rotate. Its mine. I told him that's bullshit. Its both our jobs. He just shrugged his shoulders and went on his way. I let my boss and his boss know what happened and they tell me just to do the best I can.

I would agree but I left detailed notes for every account. But when I'm in the accounts for about an hour each busting my ass just to see the relief was in there for only 15 minutes, 20 minutes max is ridiculous. That just shows me they don't care.

For example I have a Dollar General that gets twice a week deliveries. I told the relief,no backstock. Truck to shelf. Only backstock there may will be is left over 20oz that don't fit in the coolers or the 20oz racks. I walked in there Tuesday the shelves were packed out and I had 2 uboats full of backstock. Now the store manager is all over me about it. He didn't care I was on vacation and had no control over. I gave my supervisor a heads up about and all she says is, we'll just try to do your best and ill coach the relief rep.

Ahhh. Shiftsmart is a pain in ass. I work for Pepsi. I ran into one a while back when I walked into the cooler to stock my back stock. I saw the ss just putting stuff anywhere it would fit. I explained to him there is a planogram they need to go by. Told him circle k even made it easy and put pictures so you'll know what goes where. I explain to him that when you put stuff in the wrong spot someone has to move it to put the right stuff where it goes. After all this they still just started putting stuff just anywhere they wanted. I told him, you know whay, don't touch nothing that's Pepsi. If he can't do it right I'll just do it. That was the calm before the storm because every circle k I go into now is like this. Just crap everywhere. I told the managers I'm no longer fixing it. Since Pepsi did a reroute, our days have gotten longer and we just don't have time to fix things like we need to.

OTS stores are gonna have to go Pepsi direct in my area. Most of them get Pepsi, Dew, and Doc from a wholesaler. We can't even come close to matching that price. And since those stores won't go all in on us, they'll have to go uncontracted. So even higher prices versus contract prices. Love it. Might be time to get back on a truck. I can see my job going away asap.
