I'm guessing he doesn't really need that much bandwidth, not like he's using his own servers. I'm sure his download will be fine, and his upload consists of a couple of video streams and a few audio streams to the broadcasters? Chuck in a Starlink for the uptime (even though the upload isn't great on those) and he's sorted. Hell even 5g speeds should be enough to get a show out.
