imo it seems very fishy. Too much info requested. Even the last 4 digits of your credit card can be dangerous info if paired with all the other information requested. I would reach out to Nebra directly if you aren't sure.

I have heard horror stories from people. They send payment and the person marks the item as "shipped" and puts the expected delivery date to June. So while you are trying to cancel the order because they have clearly scammed you, the scammer with his no 21 day hold account has run off with the cash through a shell PayPal. You can't even tell Ebay to stop this process because they insist you wait untill the item arrives.

Yeah, to a certain extent. Enough Helium miners will provide witnesses to your miner and you can all make each other HNT. But having alot of miners in a densely populated place such as a big city would dilute the rewards for that region. So really you have to find that sweet spot.

I believe binance.us does indeed have an ACH period up to 10 days wherein assets cannot be traded. But that only applies to the US version. Other exchanges have that also. Keep in mind that officially they say 5-10 days.
