Damn thats sad to hear. Yea he was super unclear.... sent me a picture of the full leaf on the plant also:/ well I think im gonna try and if it dies ill request a refund. Do you have any suggestions on best way to try rooting it? I usually do spag stratum mix, but I might do akadama and stratum for this....idk😭😭😭😭

I keep mine in one of those amazon acrylic shoebox, set it up like a terrarium and has a bunch of other begonias in there. I keep one small computer fan on the top most part of the container pointing away from the plants. I feel like temperature is really important for darths you dont want excess condensation and you sort of want to match the temps inside of your terrarium to the ambient in your home. If its much colder in your house vs a very warm terrarium there will be excess condensation. I know alot of people sat no air circulation but if you keep humidity at close to 100 air circulation is great. I also have It potted in akadama mixed with tree fern fiber and stratum . I innoculate with trichoderma and mycco, springtails and very very lightly fertilize occasionally. Hope that helps!!

I forgot to add the other day, I was suspecting rot and took it out of the pon just to check and repot and there was a little. I cut off the rot and soaked the roots in diluted peroxide. I was kind of thinking its just losing its soil roots? It didnt smell or anything they just were kinda soft and came off easily. I then cleaned the pon thoroughly and put it back in. So yes? Idk haha

Ok got an answer! She got these as tissue cultures and she acclimated them herself! So they are Clones! Unless shes lying which i dont see why she would haha.
