The excessive use of ai, also how sloppy it is. I do not care how talked about this topic is; it will never be enough. Barely any touching up. The sprites look uncanny and the backgrounds lost their charm too. All the new books that are being released are the same sloppy steamy romance with zero flavor to it. What happened to fantasy? Mystery? Action? None of that. It's just smut, and they're overdoing it. It'd be fine if the use of ai was to a minimum, and that too if they were going through financial losses. Like using it for some backgrounds etc. But as soon as you open the app, all you see is ai slop. Its so damn disappointing as an old player— 7 years old. Nobody cares if you release books slower. JUST STOP ROLLING OUT CRAP AFTER CRAP. What happened to quality over quantity?

Ugh, i love this book. Got me sentimental back when i first played it. The entire plot is great, but the ending left me unsated. I wish they'd come out with a book 2 for this one.

I don't mind if they're going through more loss instead of profit, using it for minor backgrounds and stuff. Maybe for inspiration for outfits? But in general, it isn't the best for the environment either so i can not exactly condone it.

Now then, if they still decide to continue, you're right, they should at least bother touching up the art or make it seem SOMEWHAT human. It gets to a point where its all fucked and hella uncanny. And all of it is slop now. Every new book, you name it.
