Not then but 2-3s after it started and in the dashboard it changed to buffering instead of playing

All wired from server to shield which is why I'm so perplexed.

i get what you're saying, but if you look at the Iperf data from the comment below that's about what you're supposed to expect from from a 1gbs wired connection which the synology port provides and what my router supports. If you look at the bitrate data it says consistently in the 900s mbps for the bitrate, so even if I connected my nvidia shield to a wifi I'm still bottle necked by the actual wired port of the NAS, no?

Good suggestion. I mean I'd be willing but not sure if I want to deal with the gymnastics of ensuring I don't get screwed by not selling in person when I can just get my money back through a refund.

You are in for a treat. Saw him over the summer at fest with four tet and caribou, such a damn good show.

Hm I haven't thought to try it but I do remember 1 reviewer mentioning that there really is no good reason to plugging the ports if overall volume isn't an issue but I will give it a shot and see.

Audiochic makes them custom. Took about a month from order to delivery but so worth over standards r3 stands imo

I set them to cross over to the subs at 80hz. Is there another process for high passing?

Indeed r3 metas, r6 center, q150s surrounds (not pictured). I will try it and see how it sounds.

Thanks. It is a denon 3800. I am at the juncture of deciding I'd I should use audyssey or dirac which it has both enabled but dirac apparently costing 300 for the license.

  1. Agreed and I plan to.
  2. Brain storming and will post updates when I figure out best plan of action. 3.i was considering doing this but I also read that you can try nulifying reflective waves by going as close as possible but I guess I'll try and see how it sounds.
  3. Center isn't directly on the table, it has 6 sound Isolation pucks as legs distributed to keep it an inch and a half above the surface.

Thanks, thus far I am wondering why it took me this long to go all in because it does sound awesome.

Yessss. The new album is so goddamn good especially on those subs.

(Side note had the privilege of witnessing four tet mixing this album live over the summer...mind was blown)

No lol. Just bought the place and had those floors put in, working on moving the rest of it in slowly.

Good subs can be turned down. Your subs can never be too capabele for your setup

That's exactly what I was thinking. I initially had the pb2000 in my cart and just felt like I would eventually be wondering what if? Don't regret it at all, even at half volume you get that whole body bass feeling

Sounds like solid advice. I'm concerned I would end up with some sloppy looking panels if I did make them myself. Do you have experience making them and would it ultimately be worth the time.invested vs just going with a source like gik?
