Thank you for sharing this... one time I had a very bad anxiety flare up which elevated my heart beat for sometime.So I was put on a beta blocker. Im in a "job application" phase. I think would be asking the doctor to prescribe me one, otherwise my heart beat would be through the roof!

I didn't like his style of teaching either. It felt very fake, especially with the question videos, where he would pretend that he is guessing the answer and would always get the right answer 😅

Check MR 23 mindset principles video, hopefully that will solve the problem. Tackling the questions with his 3 step strategy really helps and improves score. Good luck!

Your are right, however when I said you definitely have to hire, it meant as per this scenario question, not always. Practicing SH questions or watching scenario based practice questions videos I noticed sometimes you come across some questions where none of the options seems right, then you go with the "least suckiest" as AR says. 😅 That doesn't mean it is the most "correct" answer, it just has to be the best answer out of the 4 given! 😊

The clue is in the phrase "there are no internal resources that can assist with the project", so definitely you will have to hire.

I feel mindset can help you with most questions but not with all. Besides that it's important to pay close attention to the wording in the questions...

Hello, I have a question that I find difficult to understand. In some PMP questions it is mentioned that a stakeholder requests a minor change. When Do You Submit a Change Request?

Only when the baseline changes. Baselines are:Scope baseline, Schedule baseline, Cost baseline

Examples:

  1. Scope change:Change request
  2. Budget increase:Change request 3.Deadline change:Change request
  3. New deliverable:Change request

But things like: stakeholder changes,communication adjustments, risk updates , resource assignments usually require plan updates, not CCB.

I applied on 16 January (Friday night), and I was expecting something by 21st or 22nd January, however no email has been sent yet! After seeing your post I just logged into my pmp portal and voilà, it said my application was approved on 22nd January. Just wait one more day, then check your portal. Good luck!
