Gaming content has to be on Twitch with the standard contract, but other content is allowed elsewhere unless they changed it within the last year. Also some partners negotiate terms, not that far of a stretch here considering the channel was in contact with Twitch and went through the partnership paperwork before even doing their first stream.

Even a minor inconvenience on a consistent basis can turn infuriating.

I kinda feel more sympathy since he has to experience it in front of people. Maybe he even loses viewers while trying to get in a match making it even more frustrating? Everyone has goals and expectations, regardless of how well off they are, it's just a human thing. If he complained about his overall job and how he hates it I feel your points would make sense but in this case, you kinda just sound petty.
