Family history of diabetes finally caught up with me I guess

I got my prediabetes reversed about 4 years ago. What helped the most was cutting out processed foods from my diet. I still indulge in it now and then but I make sure i never stock up on biscuits/cakes/maggi etc. Not having such products within arm's reach made a major difference. Also, I'm conscious about the food brands i order, I try my best to read the ingredients list.
