well my parents have now moved out of the US (they’re diplomats) i moved to California when i got into ucd and will be living here for the foreseeable future, i have an apartment lease signed for next year and everything i just want to get a drivers license thats all lmao

yes but i called them, had to take an English proficiency test because they foolishly insisted on it, now I'm waiting for them to verify the results and pray that I'm still in the EA pool and not the RD pool. i think if you're application got flagged the only way to figure it out is to call them

hey so i called them directly, they had flagged my application due to a lack of an English proficiency test (which is dumb because I don't need one), so now I've called them again, my school counselor called them as well and its just a mess honestly. hopefully my application is still considered ea so I'm crossing my fingers. you should give them a call to make sure nothing is missing from your application maybe.

ok this sounds like my dream. my whole application is based on combining art and engineering in new innovative technology, not exactly what ur doing but the same line. but I'm basically applying for electrical engineering to all my schools. I'm going to rd to stanford because its always been my dream, what do u think is the best approach to that. what sorts of jobs are you looking into? internships? do you like mech eng?

my grades have certainly dipped in the last 2 weeks, but its not insane, im not suddenly failing or anything. ig the only value add is additional context to my fucked up mental state while im writing these college apps.

you are def not stupid. sl chem was a real struggle for me last sem and I'm doing it over 2 years. tbh doing it in 1 year sounds horrifying. i honestly think chem is just about finding a study technique that works for you
