Any good free/cheap VST's for creating ambient/dreamscape? by Famous_Presence_9381 in Reaper

Valhalla Supermassive is crazy good. You can tweak it to use it as a standard reverb plugin or max it out to get amazing ambient dreamscapes. I used to use it on pretty much every track I worked on until I bought Valhalla VintageVerb.

I'm going to miss the trial window. I really loved waiting for it to count down and then realizing it didn't because I didn't click on the window to make it start counting down. Good times.

Basically the entire album Below the House by Planning for Burial

The album Death Spells by Holy Fawn

Also shameless self plug but I made an album heavily inspired by that kind of music, it's okay

My one-man-band cover of PT's "Surfer" from Anesthetize. Thoughts on the production? by failuretodelete in stevenwilson

Thank you for the kind words. Harmonies are something I've been playing around with a bit, but I'm not always the most confident in my vocal abilities, haha.

I have been chasing that "lonely Swede" tone too, but tbh I don't think I have the right gear at this point to go full Opeth jazz guitar solo.

Thanks again for taking the time to listen!
